I’m Karolina Fomiciova – Bhadauria, a  traveler and nature lover yoga teacher. 

Searching for deep spiritual experiences I have attended numerous yoga classes in Europe but it felt very physical and more like sports. This led me on a journey to the Himalayas. In 2020 I went to Rishikesh and during my yoga teacher training course I met some amazing teachers and spiritual gurus who have filled my life with practices. Due to covid I could stay in India for two years and I kept learning about various paths and spiritual traditions, meanwhile I gained 600H – RYT certification in India. Nowadays, I teach and practice classical hatha yoga & tantra yoga.
